HRIGHT Consultancy (إتش رايت للاستشارات) is a Bahrain-based HR consultancy.

We help start-ups, SMEs and established organisations build HR that is compliant, fair and practical: contracts and policies, Labour Law compliance, job grading, pay, performance, payroll and HR systems.
We bring 18+ years of hands-on HR and payroll experience in Bahrain and the GCC, across financial services, consulting, retail, automotive and the public sector.
Each project starts with a free consultation and a written proposal with clear deliverables, timeline and fee. All documents are delivered in Arabic and English.

Mansoor Mustafa is the founder of HRIGHT Consultancy. He has 18+ years of HR experience across financial services, consulting, retail, automotive and the public sector, including roles at Tamkeen, Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo, Majid Al Futtaim, PwC, Talent2 and Solidarity Insurance Company. His work spans total rewards, payroll, HR operations, compliance and governance.
He established end-to-end Bahrain payroll for more than 450 employees, localising UAE payroll processes to Bahrain requirements, and has advised on HR governance, including conflict-of-interest policy.
Mansoor holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BSc in Finance and Accounting. He completed the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management and is an Associate Member of the CIPD. He also holds the SHRM-SCP, SPHRi and CSPHRC certifications and is a Certified People Analytics Specialist.
